Can Foreigners Register a Company in Singapore?

Yes. Singapore is very open to foreign investment — foreign individuals or companies can own 100% of a Singapore private limited company.
However, the company must have at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. If none of the shareholders live in Singapore, you can:
- appoint a local nominee director provided by a professional firm; or
- have a shareholder obtain an EP / EntrePass and act as the local director.
The whole incorporation process can be completed remotely, without travelling to Singapore.
