Before applying for work passes for foreign employees or directors, the company itself needs to be ready:

• The company is incorporated and has a clear business description
• Reasonable role and salary that match the applicant’s background
• Local workforce — quotas for some passes depend on the number of local employees
• Fair hiring requirements — some EP applications require a job advertisement on MyCareersFuture first
• Applicant documents — passport, education certificates, employment records, etc.

Complete documents and a well-justified role and salary are key to a successful application.
