The Annual Return is a statutory filing that every company submits to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) each year to update key information such as directors, shareholders, registered address and financial information.
When is it due?
For private companies, generally within 7 months after the financial year end.
What is needed?
- Up-to-date particulars of directors, secretary and shareholders
- The AGM date (or the basis for dispensing with it)
- Financial statements (most companies file in XBRL format)
Late filing attracts penalties. Our company secretarial service reminds you in advance and handles the filing.
