Basic requirements

• At least 1 shareholder (individual or corporate; 100% foreign ownership allowed)
• At least 1 director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore (citizen, PR or eligible pass holder)
• A local registered office address in Singapore
• A company secretary appointed within 6 months of incorporation
• Minimum paid-up capital from S$1

Documents needed

• Passport/ID and proof of residential address of shareholders and directors
• Proposed company name (2–3 alternatives recommended)
• Description of business activities and shareholding structure
